After overcoming my own struggles with weight and health and self-esteem I know how frustrating it can be. That’s why I want to help YOU become your fittest and healthiest self without all the errors and obstacles. My aim is to help you identify your goals, design a training program that fits your needs and give you the best nutritional advice to fuel your body to feel indestructible.

From a slightly overweight, stressed, insecure and unhappy person to someone who loves life and believes that anything is possible... That's my story in a nutshell.
What once started as a wish to be skinny and look good turned into a passion for true health and wellness. But it definitely wasn't a straight road all the way. As a teenager and in my early 20s I struggled with my self-esteem and body image. So I went from a healthy normal looking girl, to anorexic, to chubby, and back again and again repeating that circle in a toxic desire for superficial results. After years stuck in the yo-yo dieting circle ..
Not only overweight, but always tired, fatigued, moody and dependent on medication for hypertension. I simply thought that I'm just meant to be that way. But luckily I met people that showed me it doesn't have to be this way. As I learned, it doesn't have to be all or nothing. And that health is superior to aesthetics,

I started nourishing my body instead of 'dieting', moving for fun instead of punishment for not looking a certain way. With this mindset shift I started enjoying what I was doing. With a few little changes and a lot less pressure on myself I was able to truely change my body, and get off the medications, settle at a stable weight and be happy again. Nutrition and movement became a passion, not a punishment.
I was so amazed by the changes and felt so good and zealous about it that I was eager to share it with others, so they could also feel this way. Because of my experience I found my true passion in helping others to live a healthy life.
I would love everyone to know how good they can feel in their body.
